At DELOAD, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not happy with your DELOAD product for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Eligibility
- Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be in resalable condition where possible. For hygiene reasons we still honor our satisfaction guarantee on used mats, but we ask that they be reasonably clean.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at trydeload@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at trydeload@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
