Where We Ship

DELOAD currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears lost, email us at trydeload@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DELOAD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
