Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, unusually high-volume periods, and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Standard tracked shipping is free, and most orders are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch; however, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other external factors. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address, and address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.
