Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy beginning on the date your order is delivered. To request a return, contact us at trydeload@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request before sending anything back. Products may be tested through reasonable normal use but must be returned clean, complete, and without damage caused by misuse. Unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Items returned without prior approval, damaged through misuse, or requested outside the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
