Track your order
Here is how to find your order status and tracking details.
1. Check your email
As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Search your inbox for DELOAD, and check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
2. Use your account
If you checked out with an account, your order status and tracking details are available in your account order history.
3. Still stuck?
Send us your order number and we will look it up for you.
Tracking information updates once the carrier scans your parcel, which can take a little time after you receive the shipping email.
